At Phlorem Growth and Wellness Foundation, we understand that access to food is a fundamental human right. With food insecurity remaining a widespread challenge across the country, we organized a Food Security Outreach on 5th of February, 2025 to support vulnerable families and individuals in Odokekere Community, Ikorodu, Lagos
Sharing Relief Through Food
The outreach focused on distributing food packs filled with essential items such as rice, beans, garri, salt and other staples to families in need. With the help of our dedicated team and volunteers, we reached over 100 households, providing much-needed relief during a time of economic hardship.
Our goal was simple: to ensure that no one goes to bed hungry and to show our community that they are not alone.
A Day of Gratitude
The joy and appreciation from the beneficiaries reminded us why this work matters. One recipient shared:
